Dues
Annual HOA dues are $25 per year, per lot.
To participate in voting at the annual meeting, dues must be current.
(If you own multiple lots and are current on all dues, you are eligible to submit one vote per lot.)
Payments
We offer several convenient ways to submit annual dues. Whichever method you choose, please be sure to include your Lot # and Jefferson Heights address so we can accurately apply your payment. Lot numbers can be found using the JHLOA Map or by visiting Park County's Online Map and entering your address.

Option 1 — Check:
Please make checks payable to JHLOA and mail to:
490 Redhill Road, Jefferson, CO 80456
Kindly include your Lot # and Jefferson Heights address in the memo line or on the check itself to help us accurately apply your payment.
Note: We would truly appreciate it if you could download, print, and include the Dues Form with your payment. This helps us keep everything organized and up to date.​
Option 2 — Venmo (Fastest Option):
Payments may be submitted electronically via Venmo: @JHLOA
When using Venmo, please include your Lot # and Jefferson Heights address in the payment description field.
Option 3 — Pay at the Annual Meeting:
Dues may be paid in person by providing a check to our HOA Secretary (Debbie) at the annual meeting.
While this option is available, we appreciate (and encourage) payments made in advance of the meeting date.
Proxy Voting
Voting occurs once each year at the annual JHLOA meeting. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to assign a proxy to vote on your behalf. To ensure a smooth check-in process at the meeting, please download, print, and complete the Proxy Form in advance, and provide the finished copy to your proxy to bring with them.
To keep every vote eligible and properly counted, we kindly ask that all dues are brought current prior to the meeting. While a check may be provided to your proxy to deliver on meeting day, advance payment is always greatly appreciated and helps us stay organized and prepared.
